Our ACDC team consists of specialists across security monitoring, incident response, operations, and service development for platform stability and automation. The team operates directly from our Security Operations Center and is available 24/7 whenever needed.

In 2017, we were among the first to establish, and have since continuously developed, a surveillance center that exceeds the scope of passive monitoring—it continuously tracks your operations and responds immediately to emerging incidents. We are consistently developing our team both in terms of personnel and expertise. Our specialists hold CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA Security+, CEH, BTL1, BTL2, and CSOM certifications, with further development ongoing toward advanced CIH, GCIH, and other certifications.

A team with cybersecurity in their DNA

The department is overseen by a manager who has been integral to the development of our SOC services since their inception. With over 13 years of experience, he specializes in surveillance systems, SIEM deployment, and, most notably, incident resolution as an experienced Incident Response Manager. Client relations are managed by a Business Development Manager, who provides guidance on optimal service configuration and facilitates the entire onboarding process. They are supported by a team of 8 L1 analysts, 8 L2 analysts, and 5 L3/DevOps specialists.
